Diana L. Clarke, Ph.d.

Diana L. Clarke is a Psychologist, Organizational Consultant and Leadership Coach.

Diana is President of Silverwood Enterprises, LLC. She specializes in the area of leadership selection, development, succession planning, and talent management. She is an experienced consultant with 29 years of multi-industry experience specializing in building effective organizations by aligning the human capital systems with business objectives and strategy. She believes having the right people in the right roles for your culture is critical to achieving strategic success. Clients use her to build the strategy, drive accountability, and drive the talent management process. Her clients have grown successfully with her assistance.  Succession plans are developed and implemented successfully with a strong linkage to strategic objectives.  Clients range from very large to small privately held as well as government entities. Clients include: State of Iowa, Dept. of Corrections, Social Security Administration of Ohio, Donley, Inc, Carus Corporation, Inc. E.A. Sisson Attorney at Law, BP, AGA Gas, MetroHealth Hospital, Ross Environmental, Schroer Group (health care), Argotech, Standard Products, and more.

 

Diana founded Silverwood Associates, the consulting division of Silverwood Enterprises, LLC in 1998. She was previously Vice President of Brinoth Group a management-consulting firm. She built the firm from start-up to 10 consultants and drove innovation in initiatives such as 360’s. She was also a senior consultant for Metrus Group, which provides strategic performance measurement, assessment, and organizational change by creating a high performance, measurement-driven culture. Diana was an executive coach for Manchester Partners (now Right Management) and Vice President of Human Resources for Clarke Retail. She also leads a team of 10-12 vocational assessors at Vocational Guidance Services and drove profitable growth while providing evaluations of individuals ability to work and career guidance.

Dr. Forbringer

Dr. Forbringer, an industrial psychologist, led the succession planning and leadership development team for Mercantile Bank in St. Louis. Dr. Forbringer was also responsible for designing and implementing the succession planning process for Catholic Health Initiatives, a healthcare system of 80,000 employees, spanning 18 states. Dr. Forbringer also provides an academic perspective, serving as an adjunct associate professor for George Washington University and Washington University in St Louis, where he has taught graduate-level classes in Leadership and Organizational Behavior. Additionally, Dr. Forbringer has served as the lead consultant for a change implementation initiative of a corporate-wide software upgrade for a Fortune 500 utility of more than 8,800 employees. Recently he has been providing leadership consulting with a focus on Full Range Leadership and Social Style to SQM Group, a leading provider of customer experience management software for helping contact centers deliver great customer and employee experiences, powered by my SQM™ CX Insights software.

Janet Cannon

Janet Cannon brings a strong training, coordination, and human services experience to the team.  Her career spans both consulting and corporate roles. She has extensive experience in managing large corporate and remote field environments. She has held the positions as ICI Paints: Director Sales Training, Stores Division; LESCO: Director, Corporate Training and Organizational Development; , Enron Energy Services: Manager Employee Organizational Development Manager, Reynolds & Reynolds: Strategic Sales & Organizational Development; Great American Insurance: Director of Human Resources and Training. Her consulting clients range in size and diversity from Eddie Bauer, NASA, IRS to small IT, manufacturing companies, and boutique law firms. She provides sales coaching, coaches business leaders, and is certified by the American Compensation Association.
